Placing an order

How do I place an order on your website?
Simply navigate or search for the item(s) you would like, add them to your cart, enter delivery information, make a payment, and your order will be delivered soon!
Orders placed before the specified same day delivery time will be delivered in a 5-hour window immediately following the specified time. All orders placed after the same day delivery window will be shipped during the next delivery window on the following business day.

Orders can be cancelled up until they are sent out for delivery at 3pm Mon- Fri or 12pm on Saturdays.

An email with a receipt will be sent after your purchase.

You can reorder items you have ordered previously, but without an account, you will be unable to save your purchase history.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship to all provinces and territories in Canada?

We currently only do deliveries in Regina.

If orders are placed before 3pm Mon-Fri or before 12pm Saturday, orders will be delivered the same day. All orders after the specified time will be delivered the following business day.
*In the case of extreme weather, delivery times may be impacted.

Yes! All orders over $25 pre-tax receive free shipping. Anything purchases under $25 will have a $5 delivery fee.

We personally deliver your food to your door.

Return & refunds

What is your return policy for online purchases?

All sales are final.

No, we do not have a physical store location.

Products that are damaged will not be delivered/dropped off. If the order received is incorrect, you can e-mail info@quickpaws.ca, with your order number and we will rectify the order.

Sorry, there are no refunds to delivery fees.

If a refund is applicable, it will be issued in 5-10 business days.
